ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

The Scientific Committee invites participants to submit abstracts showcasing original research,
clinical innovations, educational initiatives, and technological advancements in medical physics.
Abstracts will be reviewed by experts in the field and selected for oral or poster presentation
based on scientific quality and relevance to the congress themes.

Submitted abstracts must follow the prescribed format and be received by the stated deadline.
Accepted abstracts will be included in the official congress program and proceedings.
Presenting authors must be registered for the congress to confirm their participation.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Platform: All abstracts must be submitted electronically via the Official SEACOMP/PCMP 2026 Submission Portal. Email or hard-copy submissions will be rejected.
Language: Submissions must be written and presented in clear, technical English.
Originality: The work must be original and not previously published or accepted for presentation at a major international
meeting.
Presentation Type: Authors may indicate their preference for Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation. The Scientific
Committee reserves the right to determine the final presentation format.
Registration: The Presenting Author must register for and pay the conference fee by the Presenter Registration
Deadline 31 April 2026 for the abstract to be included in the proceedings and program.
Title: Maximum 30 words. Use Sentence case (capitalize only the first word and proper nouns).
Authors & Affiliations: List all authors with their respective full institutional affiliations. Clearly mark the Presenting
Author.
Abstract Body:

o Maximum 300 words.
o Must be structured using the following four mandatory, bolded headings:

o Purpose
o Methods
o Results
o Conclusion

Keywords: Provide 3 to 5 relevant keywords separately.
Visuals: Tables, figures, or references are not permitted in the abstract body.
