SCHEDULE OF REGISTRATION
Registration for the South East Asia Congress of Medical Physics will be conducted in phases to accommodate early planners as well as last-minute participants. Early registration is strongly encouraged to secure reduced fees and ensure availability for workshops, social events, and congress materials. Each registration phase will have a clearly defined opening and closing date, after which the next rate tier will apply. On-site registration will be available during the congress, subject to availability. Registered participants will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration, along with further details regarding congress access, program updates, and important announcements.

REGISTRATION RATES
Registration rates are structured to provide affordable access for a wide range of participants, including professionals, trainees, and students. Discounted rates are offered during the early registration period, with standard and late rates applying as the congress date approaches. Special rates are available for the first 30 accepted local students.
All registration fees include access to scientific sessions, the exhibition area, congress materials, and scheduled networking events, unless otherwise specified. Optional workshops or social programs may require additional fees.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
• Registration and ticket acquisition for SEACOMP shall only be done through the provided registration portal.
• Payments should be made only through the given payment gateway of the registration portal.
• Once payment is completed, a SEACOMP/PCMP ticket and acknowledgement receipt will be automatically emailed to the provided email.
• A confirmation of your SEACOMP registration will be sent upon verification of payment.
• Tickets and invoices shall be transmitted through the provided email.
• Participants are required to attend in smart casual or business attire.
• For Philippine private and government personnel needing direct invitations for attendance and leave applications, please email info@smprp.org
• For Philippine DOH personnel, please be informed that a DOH Issuance/Order was already requested for this event, and you need not request for this invite unless necessary.
