PCMP 2023: Standing on the Shoulders of Giants
SMPRP is proud to announce the official poster and provisional program of the Philippine Conference on Medical Physics (PCMP) on May 27-28, 2023, at the Acacia Hotel, Muntinlupa City.
One of the objectives of the Society of Medical Physicists in the Republic of the Philippines, Inc. (SMPRP), as the professional organization of Filipino medical physicists, is to promote and strengthen the medical physics profession by developing and disseminating scientific and technical information in medical physics and related fields. As such, the SMPRP will once again conduct its annual Philippine Conference on Medical Physics (PCMP) on May 27-28, 2023 at the Acacia Hotel, Muntinlupa City.
This conference aims to gather nationwide participation of medical physicists across different subspecialties. This will serve as a venue for participants to share their innovations through research, technology, and showcase of good clinical practice. Additionally, it aims to showcase Filipino medical physics research and innovation. PCMP also serves as a fitting opportunity to discuss the updates of the national regulatory bodies concerning the medical use of radiation.
